I said 8-4 before the seasonI think it would be far more interesting to look back at the preseason predictions. To do it now is kinda low hanging fruit. Yeah...I think I like that. Let's find that preseason thread and see what folks were predicting back in August.
Damn that Hypel for giving us hope in the first half.I was 7-5 with a "ceiling" of 8-4. I also recall saying that it would be an incredible coaching job to get this team to 9 wins and 10 would have Heupel in the COY discussion for me.
This team is Not incredible!!!Watching all the Karen's implode is laughable. This team is incredible. They went toe to toe with Alabama at Alabama. They had some bad no calls and bad coaches decisions/play calls. Crap happens.
Move on. This team has a chance to beat Georgia with Bowers out. They probably won't, but that's okay.
It's amazing how negative so many of you are. It's actually funny watching you guys squawk and moan about everything.
Somebody gotta step up and make a play in those slumps. Quit waiting for someone else to do it and MAKE A PLAY. Get the guys fired up, win one for the gipper. I didn’t see much fire from anyone in the second half. I kept waiting for it to happen but it never did. And we were still in it despite the terrible play all the way until the scoop and score mid 4th.This team has issues recovering when the momentum swings the other way. They fold like a cheap lawn chair. I was encouraged maybe they could’ve overcame that by how they played in the first half. The second half proved they cannot.
Guffawed at spell correct popping ivermectin into your post.Damn that Hypel for giving us hope in the first half.
There was some definite crap with the refs. But you have to overcome when stuff like that happens. Milton appears to crumble when things go bad. People watching practice say ivermectin isn’t ready. We have 2 guys on the O line who have no business playing sec ball. I think Hypel has done an amazing job playing with what he has this year.
still lack depth in many areas, transfer portal was hit or miss this year (more misses than hits) thornton being the biggest dissappointment. This team has issues recovering when the momentum swings the other way. They fold like a cheap lawn chair. I was encouraged maybe they could’ve overcame that by how they played in the first half. The second half proved they cannot.
our rb didnt pick up the blindside, only sent 2 recvrs out and both were double teamed.joe should have took off running but was still ging to be sacked, may have avoided the fumble.Somebody gotta step up and make a play in those slumps. Quit waiting for someone else to do it and MAKE A PLAY. Get the guys fired up, win one for the gipper. I didn’t see much fire from anyone in the second half. I kept waiting for it to happen but it never did. And we were still in it despite the terrible play all the way until the scoop and score mid 4th.
If you can't get excited about winning 8(9) games that we should've won, you haven't been a fan long enough. Tennessee is still too close to the times they didn't win 8 games they were supposed to win. 9-3 with a bowl to go to make it 10 is a great great season considering what was lost after last year.Nah. It’s bigger than that. It’s a culture problem that hadn’t been fixed yet. The players and fans like you are still okay with these losses because Ga and Bama are still the “boogeymen” of the sport. I don’t think bama is truly better than us. They just find ways to win games, something we still don’t do. It’s hard to get excited about winning 8 games that we should’ve won. It’s the games we NEED to win that change the season.
And yes I sing Ricky top when I make pee pee.
