Right now, Tennessee has 21 commits. I think Cox will defect (or not qualify). Just has that feel. Jeremy Pruitt used the 25 number at halftime of the Bama game, so I'm going with 25, meaning we add 5 to this class (I think we'll hang onto Henry). I'll go with (in order of how certain I am):

1. Darnell Wright
2. Quevaris Crouch
3. NOT Nick Figueroa
4. Henry To'oto'o
5. Jammie Robinson

Not sure where that would put us rankings-wise, but it would almost certainly land Tennessee in the top 10.

What are y'all's predictions?

3, signed with USC. We should get 1 & 2. Doubtful on 4. Maybe on 5 if CJP wants him. I think Cox sticks, but L. Henry won't sign with UT.

The longer this one goes, the more I like Niedermeir and Kevin Simon to snag him. He just has to visit.
assume you're talking about HT?

well, he's not going to announce until he signs in feb, so it's going the distance. it's Bama or us. conventional wisdome says that if it's literally down to a choice between the two, he's going to choose Bama.

we'll see though. i think we're doing everything we can to get him.

Yes...speaking of HT. He will get immediate PT at UT, something he won't at Bama. That's something to keep in mind.

yeah, quicker route the field here for sure. not sure how big a deal that is for him though.

whatever we have to sell him on, i'm sure we won't leave that bullet in the gun

Bituli, Taylor, DKjr and Austin Smith will all be gone after next year. You’d think the idea of playing with JJP and hopefully Crouch would be pretty appealing. He would be one of the mainstays of our D the next 3-4 years

I cannot find out who else has signed today for Te nessee other than Eric Gray.If someone has the names of the other three(states we have 21 signed),I woulda greatly appreciate the info.

Those 4 (which would be great) would put us in the Top 10 of 247 Final Team Rankings with a score of 277.09. Going back to 2014 that score would certainly be good enough for Top 10 each year.

GO VOLS!

whatever we have by way of "talent to play with" can be matched and raised by Bama.

and really, the more important position for an LB to pay attention to, would be DL. and Bama has that on us for sure.

not saying it's impossible that he comes here.

but we're in 2nd place in a 2 team race until we're not.

Oh for sure, i mean to say we’ll make him feel more important than they could. Pruitt is big on this family feel and putting an emphasis on this class being the building blocks. HT would be one of the leaders

no doubt. lots to sell here for sure. just depends on what's important to him.

there is a reason we're part of the final 2.....
