Why not? Yall crazy if u think pruitt dont want this young man in orange. I dont know what Pruitt's relationship with Grimes senior is like, but I know they were teammates back in the day and that will count for something.

If you really what to know if this year has a "slam dunk class" look at the results they produce in,,,, say 2023-24. Just want know for true until then....

Thank you. Asked a honest question. Got an honest answer. I really was wondering ... I mean I live in middle Tennessee (Nashville) and have seen this youngster play in person and know folks that have coached him so I really was curious if someone knew something I did not.

Some are higher on Grimes than others, but he's a take. He's good friends with Baron, Lawrence, Mays and Hardy, and we want to lock down that core in-state group... which we can and expect to do.

Still after Jones-Bell and Capers, too, at WR.

Man obviously you didn't read my subsequent post where I SPECIFICALLY stated that I HAVE seen this kid play and know coaches that have coached him

I could take it a step further and say that I have personally coached at organizations that he has played for. I could also tell you that I know the Grimes family. And you also must be outchur damn mind if you seriously think he ain't the best player on his current team

Bama offered him a while back too ... they want him.

Tennessee should still take Grimes even with the avalanche of LB's committing. He's big enough to play on the line and fast enough to cover out in space ... and he's from Tennessee .. dont understand why he's not high on some fans wishlists when he's high on everyone's list that matters. I hope he chooses Tennessee

He's high on fan's wishlists based on star rating. AL will not take him...he was offered because there's no recourse in offering. It is possible he gets picked up at UT, but prob not likely if they get everyone they're targeting. Like JacketVol said, the staff is split.
