In 2003 when UGA, UT, and UF were all tied, the tiebreaker was supposed to be some sort of vote from either SEC board members or the coaches, I cant remember. But to make it less controversial they changed it to be whoever had the best BCS standing would win it. UGA obviously won it at that time being the highest of all 3. I really hope that doesnt happen again. If UT beats UGA and wins out, and UGA beats us, then that scenario will happen again. So technically UT doesnt have to hope for us to lose 2, just 1 loss to UGA, and of course UT winning out.

Yeah, ukvols is right. If it is a three way tie with UT, UF and UGA, then the BCS ranking will determine it. Let say we finish ranked the highest and UF is ranked 5 positions below us or higher, then UF will go to Atlanta since they won the head to head match up. But if UGA is ranked 5 position below us or higher and UF more than 5 position below us, then we get to go to Atlanta since we won the head to head match up with UGA. So if this is how it plays out, we definitely want UF to be ranked more than 5 positions below us and we need to be ranked at least 5 positions below UGA or higher. Man, this is making my head hurt!
