Preds playoffs

I live 90 mins southeast of Nashville. I receive Nashville-area channels. Guess what Charter wants me to watch? The ****ing Grizzlies game. Not the game taking place 90 minutes from my house. It's not just me, either. Happening in Nashville as well.

It looks like there are some empty seats in the upper tier at Bridgestone, so I guess the Preds game wasn't a sell-out.

Edit: Never mind, you've already eliminated the blackout possibility.

I'm still shocked the Grizz made the playoffs...

Corey Perry just took a huge **** on our defense shorthanded. That sucked.

No ****. Preds are now 0-11 in my attended games in last 3 yrs. Ice girls are hotter than any dance or cheer squad in NFL or college though.

pl3, stop going to games then a**hole :p

No joke. Did the math. Have spent over $3500 in those games for tix, bevs and preds stuff and haven't seen a W. Been to the last 5 "biggest" games in preds history. I'm pissed. Great atmosphere though. Better than any college fb year in years.

Well, that sucked hard......the guys looked completely dead starting the 3rd. Why can't this organization win these type of games?

I really think it is an atttitude of "Play not to lose" on the part of our team. We are at our best when we are behind/against a heavy favorite/disrespected. When we are clearly the better TEAM, we just don't look comfortable. Maybe now since we handed over home ice to the ducks, we will find a way to "grind one out".

I am inclined to believe it is something we get from our "system" and coaches. It also could be that we simply don't have 40/50 goal closers like Selanne and Perry.

This organization has got to find a way to get an elite forward in here. Heck, all I'm asking for is just one.

The Preds are a better team than the Ducks. They just need to find a way to keep O'Brien from taking retarded penalties.

Also, Rinne is letting a lot of stuff by him that he was saving in the regular season. Dunno what's up with that.

Oh yeah, and the NHL confirmed today that the hit on Erat should have resulted in a 5 minute major and a game misconduct for Rutuu. **** Anaheim, and if for some reason the Preds can't win this series, I will not feel the least bit bad if they goon out and take every one of those cheap ****ers out for the playoffs

I also wish Tootoo had connected last night when he went to take someone's head off. At least one of the players was still acting like the series isn't over.
