This x 10! It is a very rare combination to have a personality that it seems CBJ has and at the same time be driven and meticulous. We Are lucky indeed to have him as our coach.

It is actually a pretty simple concept, not exactly rocket science. It's the nuts and bolts of building a program. Just have to be organized and have a work ethic. Dooley evidently had neither. Also, Jones is a good dude while Dooley was a major prick.

“That’s my university, and I bleed orange, and I just hated to see it,” Duncan says. “Being out of playing for 34 years now, seeing a lot of coaches [at UT], some coming and going, it was a little disheartening to see the way things were headed just a few years ago, and then Coach Jones came in, and you don’t know what you’re getting until they get here. But man, I tell you: Shoot, I’m a fan. I love him. I think he’s great.”

I'd like to see UGA give him a shot if Richt underperforms again.

i dont think he thinks in his mind hes a failure. hes been spoonfed everything, he called mamma who said its that terrible ut's fault.
