President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Hope you like what you voted for
I think Trump sucks but I’ll take his previous 4 years over the cluster **** of the Biden administration.

You must not have been paying attention at the landslide that just happened. Maybe the Democrats will run someone worthy of a vote next time

Because FedEx and Ups are that much more secure?
I have never had a package from FedEx or UPS ever get "lost". I am dealing right now with another 'lost" package with post office. It arrived at a Queens NY USPS distribution center Dec 10 and never arrived anywhere till this day. I also don't think FedEx and UPS have large criminal organizations operating within them.

FedEx and UPS I don't think have operating loses 9.5 billion dollars in 2024...

"The Postal Service also recently announced its intention to deliver some mail more slowly."

107 billion dollars of tax payer money to bail out post office in 2020 did nothing, still in the red 6.5B in 2023 and 9.5B 2024.

first class mail is declining creating a declining revenue and perpetual debt but post office adds 125,000 jobs. USPS is just another bloated unionized out of control bureaucracy.

Seriously? FedEx and ups lose many packages every day. They have plenty stolen and their drivers have been known to be less than gentle.

The usps is at a direct disadvantage because is the requirements placed in them by Congress (funds and delivery). UPS is a massive union part of the teamsters. FedEx is also union in parts

I have not had a single package "lost" by FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS are not squandering away billions of tax payer dollars. Seriously trying to defend the post office?

AI overview:
"FedEx has a 95.2% on-time delivery rate, making it a reliable option for urgent and time-sensitive deliveries. However, in 2022, FedEx did experience a 4.8% decrease in parcel volume, which was the largest loss among the major carriers. "

"How often does FedEx lose a package? – FedEx has a very low rate of lost packages, with less than 1% of all shipments being reported as lost or damaged." Jul 14, 2024

"UPS has a 97.5% on-time delivery rate, which is higher than other carriers. "

"UPS has a very low package loss rate, with less than 1% of packages being lost or damaged in transit. However, this can still result in a significant number of lost packages due to the high volume of packages that UPS handles on a daily basis." Jul 14, 2024

"According to Wikipedia, the US Postal Service (USPS) loses about 3% of mail. However, it can be difficult to measure the exact percentage of lost mail. The USPS doesn't report delivery performance for most types of mail, and the Government Accountability Office (GAO) says that some of the USPS's assessment criteria aren't suitable as benchmarks

If you haven't had one lost then you don't get enough shipments. On time is also relative with ground vs air. They're good but none are really great

They're not "squandering" because they're not under the same requirements. You're simply not comparing like things

But it's interesting to see such a pro union after your posts above. You advocate handing mail service over to the teamsters? That's a curious stance on this forum

If you argued in favor of the usps and against ups and fedex pj would just do the opposite.

More than likely, this will get deleted. However, I looked at the thread titles and this was the most appropriate one to post the following: Given the Project 2025 agenda which Trump has finally admitted he advocates His MAGAs are already taking steps to making the below policy.

Republicans love to fearmonger about Muslims, Islam, and Sharia Law taking over America. But the truth of the matter is that the Republican Party platform is in line with Sharia Law. Here's why:
-Government based on religion.
-Women have fewer rights than men.
-Homosexuality is outlawed. [Which I agree with 1,000%]
-Rejecting Science In Favor of Religious Doctrine.
-No separation between church and state.
-Religion is taught in schools. [I agree with this too]
-Abortion is illegal. [Depends on case by case]

Judging by the list, there's no way you can not say that Sharia Law and the Republican Party Platform are in any way shape or form different from one another. But too many Republicans are too dumb to realize it. And we've seen on the news recently, it turned out to be true in regard to criminalizing abortion, having religion taught in school and bringing it back to government aka Christian Nationalism, standing against woke stuff such as homosexuality, etc.
Republicans can bitch and moan all they want that it's not true, but they can't because it is. If they're offended, too bad. After all, they're supposed to be politically incorrect, right? But apparently, they failed to realize that it goes both ways.
