Apparently you don’t follow space or Elon Musk too closely, but Trump pledged to put astronauts on Mars. Elon has stated many times that colonizing Mars is how he believes human civilization will be saved long-term. That is what he’s referring to.

I live in Tennessee. I voted for Haley too. My favorite candidate of anyone on either side was Will Heard, but he didn't last very long. Then it was Haley for me. I thought she would be the best of the whole bunch. Our choices ain't been all that great. Candidates have been winning as a lesser of two evils, at that's how the middle 50 has voted
