Right, but none of this means he wasn't trolling. It's like the penis game in school. We would troll our teachers and play it in a way that we enjoyed plausible deniability. For example, I would say the word "happiness" with an emphasis on the last two syllables, so everybody hears penis, but I can say I was just saying "happiness" and it came out weird. Even he wouldn't just straight up do the salute with no alternative explanation (although some of you would probably argue "but he didn't say 'sieg heil!'"
