President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

I just feel like people who feel the need to shout their political beliefs to the rooftops and make it their whole identity are weird. On both sides. I feel the majority of Americans fall somewhere in the middle.

And for the record I don't have any political signage on my home or bumper stickers on my vehicles. **** is weird.
Trumpers think being loudmouth blowhards is a sign of toughness. Their "alpha" male in the oval office is anything but an alpha

So your saying since we have allowed our population to become 25% Mexico/Hispanic, many of whom came over illegally, we now have a national security crisis that would be similar to a Vietnam within our borders?

If that is true, we've allowed our country to become a small version of Mexico or other 2nd world South American countries.
The cartels control the local drug distribution now. You seldom even see black gangs any more as they been pushed out. We are losing more citizens every year than the Vietnam War. We are in a war we refuse to participate.
Look at our cities, areas look 3rd world.

Wow you really got him there.

A sick and creative burn for the ages.
I'm not trying to get anyone or burn anyone.
There was an idiotic debate going on about who was considered a maga/trumper.

Just pointing out that sometimes it is beyond obvious....
It's on a continuum, but the extreme is crystal clear.

I have watched some ex SF videos discussing this and it would be nasty. Could result in political asassinations and kidnappings in our nation, as they have infiltrated every US city. Mexican SFs have even been trained by US SF and they have defected to the cartels and trained these viscous members. It will be nasty, and much like a foreign insurgency like Afghanistan, but on our border.
Should deal with it now before it gets worse. It wont get better on it's own.

Here's two views, the first appearing to mirror Trump's EO argument, and the second the modern day view, weighting towards judicial precedent as confirming BRCitizenship:
in the first article they are relying on some pretty bad assumptions highlighted with this point. the article argues you have to be a child of a citizen to claim birthright, or you can't claim it. but they point out the flaw in their own article.

"But even under that holding, citizenship was not extended to the children of illegal aliens—only permanent, legal residents."

the articles ignores visas which give residency status, and ignores asylum, which can also give residency status.

also it could be argued if the parents renounced foreign citizenship. they wouldn't have any allegiance to another country to activate this. I have no idea if the US requires some formal process to renounce another country's citizenship.

also the second article quotes several SC cases where even illegal alien's children were given birthright citizenship. but full disclosure the cases don't seem to handle the case of anchor babies. but it does make the case of illegals who have been living here illegally for a while can have children and the child be considered a citizen.

the nuance seems to be where one is living more or less full time. they mentioned Common Law type cases, where you don't have to do the paperwork to be considered whatever.

What did he say wrong? There’s something to be said about being invaded by 3rd world countries that don’t want to assimilate to what has been built.
Both sides of my family came here 300+ years ago. They farmed; built their own homes; constructed cities; contributed to key charters and legal documents in Virginia and Tennessee; fought, bled, and died in wars from the Revolution on; had families, and served their communities. They didn't take welfare. They didn't take government help. They didn't take handouts. They couldn't. Until the last 50 years, they were largely fairly poor.

To equate someone who comes here illegally just to enrich themselves through los beneficios and someone who literally ****ing built the country is flat evil.

I guess we shouldn't expect more from an ignorant, billionaire-obsessed flameout with the vocabulary of a 14 year old tiktoker.
