But go on the websites of the usual spots and they'll repeat the statement in the headline or first graph which, for those Trumpsters who read it all, is as far as they typically get.

I haven't gone through it but I am all for cutting (generally) most federal government programs and get them back to work on what they should be doing, which at the present moment much of it they're not.

The federal government in general should be a fraction of the size it is, imo.
