He Rogan doing a full unscripted podcast at another location yes...he declined a 1 hour scripted podcast which would have left him 2 more hours to find a guest..I believe there is major different between the choices...had KH agreed to 3 hours unscripted then you'd have point.

As an attorney you surely are aware that you can’t prove a negative (ie prove that Trump WASN’T a Russian asset). The burden of proof ALWAYS lies with the prosecution. Innocent until proven guilty and all that.
