there is nothing wrong with making English an official language of the US....I should not have to hit different numbers on a phone for different languages....all US citizens should speak English. People should not come here from different countries and think Americans have to adjust to them and learn their languages.

So there was a breakdown of that number. Some of it is basic Humanitarian Add and it also includes funding from prior to the invasion including military aid dating all the way back to 2009 or so. I guess you can claim it since Ukraine had this weaponry to fight Russia with but it is taken out of context if you tie it to just Biden.
