President-elect Donald Trump nominated lawyer Harmeet Dhillon to serve as the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights with the Department of Justice.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump praised Dhillon for having “stood up consistently” to protect people’s “civil liberties” and for “representing Christians who were prevented from praying together” during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I am pleased to nominate Harmeet K. Dhillon as Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Justice,” Trump wrote. “Throughout her career, Harmeet has stood up consistently to protect our cherished Civil Liberties, including taking on Big Tech for censoring our Free Speech, representing Christians who were prevented from praying together during COVID, and suing corporations who use woke policies to discriminate against their workers.”

How exactly would a 6 month old make any decision?

What are you going on about

So a mother should leave behind an infant? Who feeds or cares for the child? After all a US citizen has some rights, like being raised by its parents in its home country

If a 6 month olds parents both attempt to rob a bank, and are found guilty. Is the sentence suspended until they raise their child?

After all. The 6 month old has some right like being raised by its parents in its home country.

Does the 6 month old child make that decision?
Good point. A minor can't make that decision so the minor has to leave too. When they're 18 they can choose between the US and their parents' home country. They'll have their parents' citizenship so they won't be stateless in the interim.

Where does that right exist? You are just making things up at this point. I hope your take away from today is that you actually have no clue what the constitution says
