I would mostly disagree with the summary Evil posted with it. This isn't exactly what the court is saying, matter of fact, they are implying the lower court doesn't have the authority to do much of anything.

Strictly speaking,, SCOTUS required Trump to "facilitate" the return of Garcia, but this is a great decision, rejecting the Trump administration's absurd contention that it can deposit someone by mistake in a foreign prison and then say, "Sorry - can't do anything about it."

The government says it was a mistake but no the court doesn't have much authority at this point. I would say justice is still being served on this one, just my take.

It has everything to do with your post, you didn't have an issue with the way they were running things and saying they're not great at. The problem is... they were real great at how they obtain the funds.

Obama was basically a community organizer, if that. Biden was the worst of them, I mean, very sloppy and the amounts, jez. I mean Hillary isn't going to touch single digit millions, even she had to laugh at the Bidens. The Bush family was the best, nothing like running illegal arms and drugs.

I would think you would be happy that someone that is just okay at real estate is running things... it really beats what was going on, no?

I'm well aware what a tariff is. I commented specifically on china. I believe us putting significant pressure on China, to act in accordance with its many commitments, (see its entry into the WTO), as a necessary step.
