The Greenland offer makes sense to a degree, but exactly what is the U.S. getting in exchange? Meaning, land ownership does not exist in Greenland so, would the U.S. just be paying so someone else doesn't take it? Would the people in Greenland own a portion of the land at that point or divided up, which could than be sold?
