Idk if that even covers everything.
Single people are left with nothing when they are starting out. This isn’t 2005 when you could reasonably rent a SAFE apartment for $450 a month. That doesn’t exist anymore. As immoral and gross as it is… todays inflation and inability to actually survive with any amount of comfort, is why young adults are turning to things like OnlyFans and other garbage apps just to survive.

Want a house? 8.5% and a huge down payment. Problem? They are so in debt they can’t ever achieve that. The system is set up for people to own nothing.
