I dont need a history lesson. But that was 40 years ago and just a lame ass vilification to unite the populace.I wonder why some would want to chant that in the streets?
Had it not been for 1953 overthrow of Mossedegh and the installation of The Shah, there would not be the level of outrage that came a quarter century later.Hostages, sponsors of terrorism, and generally being azzholes.
It was previously known that Ruhollah Khomeini, the charismatic leader of the Iranian revolution, had exchanged some messages with the US through an intermediary while living in exile in Paris. But new documents seen by the BBC’s Persian service show he went to a great lengths to ensure the Americans would not jeopardise his plans to return to Iran – and even personally wrote to US officials.
The BBC’s reporting suggests that the Carter administration took heed of Khomeini’s pledges, and in effect paved the way for his return by holding the Iranian army back from launching a military coup.
They likely have hate for the US because the US supported 2 regime change operations in that country within 25 years of each other. I would say the Iranians have a justifiable disdain for the US.I dont need a history lesson. But that was 40 years ago and just a lame ass vilification to unite the populace.
Iran hates the US because we support Isreal.
What are you talking about? You know the state they want to wipe off the face of the Earth.
Again, what are you talking about specifically?Where us your outrage in their meddling, Russian invasion, etc?
Why do they get a pass for their FP?
Ok I am done with you and your naivety takes. Just like yesterday. Bye.They likely have hate for the US because the US supported 2 regime change operations in that country within 25 years of each other. I would say the Iranians have a justifiable disdain for the US.

Again, what are you talking about specifically.
How 'bout no?Had it not been for 1953 overthrow of Mossedegh and the installation of The Shah, there would not be the level of outrage that came a quarter century later.
And once the US pivoted to supporting the Saudis in the mid-1970s, The Shah became less relevent. Plus, the Shah had been gradualling pivoting away from US interests around this time.
And one thing you need to ask yourself is how did the Ayotollah, who was in exile in France, end up back in Iran.
US had extensive contact with Ayatollah Khomeini before Iran revolution
So again, you guys have misplaced outrage. Instead of you guys carrying all of this hate and venom towards the people of Iran that have done nothing to us, why don't you turn that outrage towards your own govt for destabilizing the most westernized country in the Middle East in 1953, and then regime changing them again 25 years later and installing a Islamic fundamentalist govt.
Uhhh..Death to America
How do you deal with Iran when it intends to take out Israel with a nuclear bomb? There's only one way this can be prevented: A preemptive strike on Iran by America.
Because it's always better to spend someone else's blood and treasure.America needs to bomb Iran - The Jerusalem Post
So wait, why does America have to nuke Iran? Israel has nukes, Why is that our burden to carry?
American right-wing evangelicals blasphemously think Jesus tells us to spend our resources on Israeli violence.America needs to bomb Iran - The Jerusalem Post

Sounds like a mean spirited overreaction by Mrs.Another year where the cocaine stripper grand-baby doesn't have a stocking at the White House. Neither Joe nor the Doctor Lady has ever met that grand-daughter. Stay classy Biden Family!

Decent... your words... not mine. But employees are making a decent wage.
I understand perfectly. But we differ on just how significant wages are driving inflation, even though we likely agree on govt intervention being a major driver. You refuse to learn about the wage/price spiral.
I agree.Costs for goods and services increase without a change in productivity (and increased productivity due to wage increases is a myth), the price has to increase, and then consumers/workers insist on wage increases to keep up ... and the labor cost for goods and services goes up ... The proverbial dog chasing his tail.
Govt is the most significant inflation driver.Government isn't the only inflation driver.
Here is where you finally get to the heart of the matter. Instead of demonizing the workers, go after govt for creating these conditions. You act like you forgot how the economy and labor market was turned upside down since 2020.Government just has many ways to participate ... overspending that fires up the economy, minimum wage increases, diddling with energy cost and supply, are some that directly hit the economy.
