is it OK with you to pardon criminals as long as they're not family? Not sure I understand the difference so maybe you can explain

I don't have a problem with the pardon. I would have done the same thing if I were Joe...I just may not have lied about it early on, but Biden consistently lies. I am also not going to have a problem when Trump pardons all the January sixers.

Yeah pretty much. Most of the "worst" offenders have been locked up for a while now. Let's stop spending 50 grand a year per person in lockup for this and let them all go make 50 grand plus per year instead. I won't lose one bit of sleep over it.

I'm guessing many from that crowd will struggle to make that kind of money. There were quite a few who deserved to be locked up for their actions. Maybe a review is in order instead of a blanket pardon

Anyone that believed Biden was telling the truth as far as pardoning his son probably still wears a mask. Let me know when Obama, Biden and Clinton are indicted, otherwise it's just more smoke and mirrors.

Hunter’s pardon is precedent setting due to this being the first pardon of a child. Additionally it clearly gives Biden top cover for possible collateral indictment because Biden is obviously “the Big Guy”

Even Nixon didn’t pardon himself but clearly arranged with Ford to pardon him instead.

As the article above shows H W granted clemency to reduce charges on Neil Bush but did not grant a full pardon.

Or they are admitting the DOJ is its own thing. Whether we agree as to the context or facts, both Trump and the current administration believe that the FBI/DOJ is a political tool. Many of those people need to be put in jail, the problem at this point is how do you pardon the DOJ/FBI officials you are now claiming are politically motivated against you? Probably quite a few people searching for pardons right now.

Joe can't come up with an original idea even. I mean, he went to the whole Orange look right at the end.

All Biden did was remove Trumps ability to make a hard core power move by pardoning his kid. If I was Pres I'd pardoned Biden as one of my first acts in office, then the Jan 6 peaceful protestors, then an executive order removing "official time" from federal unions.

After those grueling 5 minutes I'd fly back to Florida for some golf.

Pardons or commutations for all I say. It will be funny too when some of these people turn around a sue the federal government for civil rights violations. They will likely win too.
