The move isn't being done to help people, it's being done to help the bankers make more US govt (taxpayer) backed loans. The bankers are made whole regardless if the borrower defaults or not.

I am not unsympathetic to those with medical debt; It is an awful thing, and in many cases not the fault of the debtor. However, removing said debt from the credit reporting system - as VILE as THOSE people are - does NOTHING to help the vast majority of Americans. Unless of course they plan on buying a ton of **** then declaring bankruptcy, in which case they can pound sand.

I believe the Dems ultimate goal is to get rid of all credit reporting agencies.

its not like its part of some payment plan. its just, here is something that it took us nearly 13 months to figure out, pay up. in my business that would be almost impossible to collect or even hold as a lien on a project or client.

Funny this should come up. I just received a medical invoice for the first time for a hospital visit (and subsequent 3-night stay) I had on Christmas Eve 2023.

Well that seems misleading to the American people for an administration to do that. Also, Mark isn’t chirping like this if Harris won. After the fact doesn’t make you the good guy. He’s powerful enough to tell Biden no.
