President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

......everyone knew this garbage was coming at the last minute......if J6 committee did nothing wrong, they need no pardons

edit: pre-emptive pardons are an abuse of the Presidential power of pardon and maybe Trump should test the waters on these so called pardons
Do the pardons specifically cover J6 or anything?

It saddens me to read so many posts echoing the poo flinging of both parties. Stepping away from the toilets and looking honestly at the economy, inflation was a world-wide post-pandemic problem. It wasn’t and isn’t the fault of either party or their priorities.

Biden and the Democrats did pass bills which boosted employment investing in infrastructure and manifested a commerce policy that favored production within the US. One can argue that these put upward pressure on inflation that was already in the world economy recovering from the pandemic, but one has to acknowledge that these benefited the pace of US recovery and allowed working Americans to bargain for higher pay. Meanwhile, the Fed’s policy to rein in inflation has been working.

In the recent elections, the Democrats failed to leverage their efforts to improve the wellbeing of citizens during a challenging period of world economic recovery. The Republicans did effectively leverage the citizenry’s pain from inflation. Whatever the party, politicians have played on economic circumstances (eg 1980, 1992, 2024) to their advantage in elections.

I’m not interested in an autopsy of the Democrats’ missteps in the recent elections. I am hopeful that behind the rhetoric, the Republicans know that their victory was an expression of the citizens disaffection and not the mandate they’re claiming. Promoting continuing investment building production of critical strategic components in the US is key.

If Biden was too senile to prosecute for his documents are any of his executive orders or pardons valid after that revelation?

Could it be that people are calling him to give their farewells as he leaves office, and he's unable to hear them well (and as a result mumbles, "Pardon?")?

It’s the most ludicrous legal maneuver ever.
Yep.
And this is just another reason why painting Trump as Hitler was nothing more than a strategy to cover up their own crimes. The democrats and the MSM (but I’m being redundant) can defend this as a moral victory. They are merely protecting a great and honorable public servant like Dr. Fauci from the mean mean man, Donald Trump.

Respectfully disagree to this
“the Republicans know that their victory was an expression of the citizens disaffection and not the mandate they’re claiming”

when you have record swing votes in demographics never seen before, I don’t see it as “citizen disaffection”. Also, since the election, reports are more of those who proffered to be against Trump are now supporting him in earnest. This movement is real and not a dissatisfaction movement.

This all reminds me of the last days of Reagan when it was obvious that he was just too old and the operatives were running amok.
