Do you plan to feed these chickens at all? Do you plan to cage them, or will your free range chickens just lay eggs wherever they want all over creation?
Wasn't so long ago I bought eggs at Aldi mkt, cost .39C/dozen. Best price I could find on empty egg cartons was 50 cents each. I used aldi cartons for my eggs, boiled crushed and fed the chickens aldi eggs, saved 10 cents per dozen"Going after groceries now, eggs should be under$1.00/dozen by the time I get there"

I agree. that is the way it SHOULD be. but is that what is actually going to come out of it.There was definitely a deadline:

I was joking, I understand they have to be fed. My neighbor lets his chickens roam free, they come into my yard (I don't mind) hoping they eat all the worms in the ground so the moles will move away,Do you plan to feed these chickens at all?
