Any chance that some of Joe's pardons are ruled illegal? How can one pardon someone for crimes they have not been charged? How would any investigation take place in the future against someone that a sitting President supports? Couldn't any President just use Joe's explanation today and say that they think this is political and therefore they are giving a pardon ahead of any investigation or hearing or charge being brought?
