Were they minority or working class neighborhoods when the roads were built? Cities have changed tremendously since many projects like interstates were completed. I live about five miles from where an interstate crosses what is now a busy street. The first time I was on the road you went over a hill and it was country. Now it's congested far beyond the five mile stretch that I drive. You could pick many cities and make the same argument about rivers or railroads that you do roads ... and the rivers were definitely there first. It's very likely the railroads date back to before 1900.

I'm not MAGA where I went to the rallies and wear the red hat. I only voted for him in 2020 because I knew the fix was in for Biden with all of the vote rigging and mail in ballots. Having said that, even though I'm not MAGA, I'm aware that Haley and Pompeo and people if that ilk are not going to move the country in the right direction. They are just going cooperate with the same type of people that are in power right now.
