Jessica Simpson is beautiful, but she cannot sing!

Mariah Carey, Martina McBride, Trisha Yearwood, and Faith Hill are the best female singers in my opinion. :thumbsup:

You guys are gonna make fun of me for saying this, but the prettiest female voice, by far, was Karen Carpenter. She had a smoothness to her voice that none of these others can compare with.

I would have to agree. Maybe not the best female voice of all time, but she's right up there.

And, whoever said "Kelly Clarkson": her voice is electronically manipulated to sound like that.

I've heard Kelly sing live a few times. She does have a pretty voice.

I like some of Kelly Clarkson's songs, but at her concerts she uses a pre-recorded tape. When I saw her in concert here in Knoxville, she didn't talk at all. Her songs just kept playing back to back and she sung along with them. :blink:
