Peerless was cut by Dallas today. He only had 96 yards for the season. We know what he can do. Hope he can find a team that can use him to better suit his skills.

It's scary how fast his production fell off the map. In Atlanta his excuse was Michael Vick, which Roddy White, Michael Jenkins and Algee Crumpler are disproving. Not sure what happened in Dallas, but something is up for him to get released midseason.

When you look at how many times he was thrown to compared to the others like Crumpler, he has a case. His numbers even right off the bat were low.

I think he works better when he has the right competition. He was fine up north. Something was wrong with his relationship with Vick. They were never together, never in sync, and just never meshed on the field.

I think it's clear that despite what he did in college, he's just not going to be a #1 receiver in the NFL.

Great in college - definately a #2 reciever in the NFL - when he has his good seasons he is on a team that has only one good reciever - then he gets more looks

I thought the decision to sign with Dallas was not a very good one considering their depth at WR. The Atlanta move wasn't great either. Vick is not a pocket QB so a WR is not going to get great numbers with him. Price can still do well in the NFL if he hooks up with a team that has an actual need at WR.

I wouldn't mind him going to Redskins. I think that he could be a good receiver for them. We need a good QB first, but still...

He tore it up in Buffalo with Bledsoe throwing it up... playing along side Moulds. Something must be goin' on with him to drop this far off...

Not sure he is going to be a receiver at all in the NFL much longer.

Being cut twice in one year and at 29 this maybe his last year.

Its BS! Ruined my entire day. He wasnt being used in ATL or Dallas. I'll be so happy when the Cowboys change hands. Im all for coach Tuna, but Jeri Joanna knows squat about football. Wow, cut Burny Cho-cheese (age 52) keep Tony Homo, and bring in a young, tough, 13 year vet Drool Bleedslow :yuck:. Beat the DC Foreskins, and bail out. Hope Price lands in the NFC East just to punk my boys later.

I'm thinkin PP is a tweener. He has fair speed, size, and good hands but a step below a lot of receivers. He needs to reinvent himself as a possesion receiver to run short routes and over the middle, making him a valuable part of an offense .

I think Price can still play. Maybe the Titans, and they can drop Callico.

...my money in on philly. price still has some skills but he just got caught up in the numbers game in dallas. he was more of an insurance policy for terry glenn who couldn't seem to stay healthy. plus, dallas has a great #3 wr in patrick crayton which kept price inactive for the majority of the season.

...i wish peerless the best (except against the cowboyss that is!)

I would have said philly but i know they know he is a number 2 reciver and that without t.o. idk, i just cant see him going there. him and t.o. should make thereselves package deals or something. maybe go to baltimore or something. with them to and derrick mason, shoot that would be something.

Dang thats crazy to hear that. Price was one of my favorite receivers to ever play for Tennessee. I hope he gets somewhere where he is comfortable & starts playing like we all know he can.

thats weird, Price has dropped off so fast, shows how good Manning was he did what he did here with bad recievers.

I don't think I'd call Marcus Nash, Joey Kent, Cedric Wilson, Jermaine Copeland etc. bad receivers.

I know Green Bay could use him. Brett could use some quality WR's. Indy is just too loaded. Would like to see him pair with one of the Mannings-especially Peyton, but know it won't happen.

Was wondering why I didn't see him at game. Too bad. Think its wasted talent. Not sure why he isn't working out with the Cowboys. Mabey cuz its da Cowboys. Hope he moves on and up.

I'm a Vol fan as much as the next guy, but c'mon, he wasn't the next coming of Stanley Morgan. He made a big catch in the NC game, but outside of that, he didn't dominate.

As has been said earlier, he was at his best as the #2 guy in Buffalo, and the two place he's been since haven't had that need. He'll land somewhere, but we're very unlikely to be reading about his All-Pro selection any time in the future.
