Problems at LSU?

If it was a mutiny, they better get ready for some mutineer justice! It may mean a downturn for LSU, but the inmates don't run the asylum. The NCAA or SEC is not the NBA.

I'd give my left one to trade our problems with theirs

Heard a little whiff of this on the radio the other day. It could mushroom into a big deal if true. Could help dull their recruiting efforts over the last couple of weeks if nothing else.

And... in before moved.

it was miles fault they lost should of pulled there QB early in that game he SUCKED!!!

I agree - but in defense of the LSU coaching staff who decided to stick with Jefferson - Lee had thrown SEVEN picks (and only 1 TD) in the previous 3 games against Bammer. It would be tough to put the ball in his hands on such a big stage given the history there..

That being said, though, I still would have taken my chances and at least given him a shot mid-way thru the 3rd Qtr at the latest.

Now...how much do you guys think this stuff is going to effect LSU recruiting?

This kind of stuff happens at many programs from what I see. Problem is, you start listening to some of the players then all of them jump in and want their ideas heard. It's hard to believe LSU who'd beaten everyone this year (except AL) convincingly would have doubts about their team's ability to win. You know and I know they were not going to beat AL during the season if it weren't for the missed field goals and fumbles. I guess they all knew that and felt that Lee gave them the best change. I agree. He beat TN. ANd he would have at least given them a chance against the Tide.

This article does answer a lot of questions, if true. Man, makes sense to me.

I don't think it will help too much. It could sway some last minute decisions or some who may have been leaning away a little to begin with. It's doubtful this story grows legs enough to get in kids' heads before signing day.

Seems to me to be the same plot line as developed in the media after the UT vs. KY game. In other words, UT was supposed to beat KY and LSU was supposed to beat Bama (again)...so the reason for the loss had to be something dark and sinister that is rotting the program from the inside. It is much easier to find a scapegoat than to admit "we got beat, we shouldn't have, but we did".

Easy for a source to come out now to try to rationalize getting smoked on the biggest stage.

that is true.....but hell who won the first 8 games for them....if it wasnt for Lee...Lsu would have never even had a chance to get to the Championship game..total disrespect to the guy that got them there by not even letting him get to play....and by letting the THUG QB who should have lost his job permanently play the whole game even when he was bouncing passes to the receivers.....

LSU should have to answer for that atrocious performance. There are a lot more questions than answers after something like that happens...whether it happens in Commonwealth Stadium or the Superdome.

But it is on the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is. From the website's mission page:

Mission
Our intention is to provide a realistic positive outlook for New Orleans, the Gulf South, and America. New Orleans hasn’t just survived through all of her struggles, she’s rising above them. Our ultimate goal is to effect positive change by working with artists, athletes, musicians, writers, businesses and non profits who seek a better New Orleans, Gulf South, and America.

I am sure this is where every young football god spends hours a day.

Yeah, but stuff like that is sure to go viral.

It may. Like I posted earlier, this was getting talked about last week. The article (pardon the liberal use of the word) was posted last week as well. It may catch fire, but it's slow to start. As someone who loves company in misery, I hope it does.
