Also, they just lost their top QB recruit Jaden Rashada. It's not going to be a good season in Gainesville next year. Far less talent going into 2023 than 2022.

Simpson or Milroe could still develop. Both were true freshmen in 2022. I’m not sure there will be a portal QB available after the spring who would be better. But you’re right…they need to figure that position out. Young covered up a lot.

It might be easier for them to fix their other issues (better O-line play, find a WR who can threaten to take the top off) than to find another QB like Bryce Young. I don't think there was a better player in the country this year and last than him.
