Not a huge deal but rumph is DC at Florida I believe this past year.

I think people have already said Thompson has been targeted for LB coach, Sherrer would also be able to help out there. Thompson has some experience with dline as well. Pruitt can also help fair with DBs. A lot of experience at multiple positions on defense for this staff.

Not true. Tee called all plays except 3rd downs, which Tyson called. Definitely too many cooks in the kitchen. Tyson was OC under Brohm in name only.

Really nice guy, unlike Clay, quiet and unassuming, not a recruiter. Believe me, USC would have thrown a lot of money at him to stay, if in fact he was the major offensive play caller.

You do NOT want Tosh, there is a reason he was untouchable on the WC....anyone that would crap on his own Alma Mater, can't be expected to be loyal to any program.

Happy for you guys, I have a lot of Vol friends, so wish to see you back in the NC hunt.

Fulmer is taking the recruiting test today, so that he may actively recruit. He will only be able to do so as long as the staff is not full. I️ would assume they will give him the chance to sit in a few living rooms before filling that spot.

How the Hell is a former QB who is now a coach upstaging a Hall of Fame QB who has no desire to be a coach? Sound like BS thinking to me, not only by a person playing that card but also by anyone who sees the logic.

Is this your first time on a forum during a coaching change? This whole "social media rumor mill" regarding staff usually ends up being spot on a LONG LONG LONG time before UTSports gets around to updating the official sites.

Championships are won in the trenches, especially the DL. With the addition of a 10th coach, it is possible he is breaking the DL duties to provide more individual attention.

Possibly, however, I heard he would be taking the test for NCAA recruiting today. I also thought he had already been making calls, the lines of what is considered recruiting and what's not seem very blurred. Hard to tell.

As much as I applaud him for developing those kickoff return blocking schemes that usually opened a state-sized hole for Berry/Chandler, he still tried to use Trevor Daniel as a rugby punter, and our FG kicking % declined pretty much every year he was here.

2013 = Palardy 82%
2014 = Medley 76%
2015 = Medley 67%
2016 = Medley 68%
2017 = Medley/Cimaglia 66%
