this is a fantastic move for OSU. Now Pryor is under no obligation to cooperate with the NCAA. It might help OSU mitigate some penalties.
As for Pryors pro prospects... he could go in the supplemental and someone would take him as a project at TE. But he might be better off taking a year and working with a good QB coach. Both are risky and aren't ideal, but at this point, he doesn't have any good options
