It couldn't have been because it never was, or will be, a factor in choosing where to play.
So a 5star recruit would choose to go to a legal state to play vs playing here, or Bama, or Clemson, or Georgia...knowing they won't get punished for smoking ?! No.We’re going around in circles, but you keep failing to see that the 5-star that really likes his reefer would want to go play in a state where he can legally walk into a store and buy his bag of weed instead of playing in TN (or any southeastern state) where the law makers have made it difficult to obtain). When it’s an NCAA banned substance, Michigan State doesn’t have the recruiting advantage.
