Pull for UK Monday night!!

When all else fails...football.

Uhh...that is what this board is primarily about. It is also the most important and biggest money-making sport in our country. So yeah...it's pretty natural when talk around here turns to football.

That being said, we are historically near the top of the SEC in basketball, with Alabama, behind Kentucky. You guys can't say anything like that about football. It must suck to suck at the most important sport in America.

Pull for UK and the complete destruction of Lexington. The entire city will be in flames

Yeah but didn't we lose to Memphis in 97? Pretty sure Ricky P won it in 96 as well. Fail.

I'm a big believer in history repeats itself and the last time UK won it all in basketball in '98 our beloved Vols won it in football in '98!! I want a ring in Knoxville, Go Cats!!

My god I bout choked saying that......

I would rather eat rat poisoning

I guess after the NIT UT feels that way...

I know. I hate that we didn't get to burn couches...
Your fan base is horrible and I cannot stand being around them. I like your state and love the horses and bourbon as well Louisville fans. But UK fans are terrible.

Hey that's ok....Sad when UT's women's team has MORE tradition and MORE national titles than your men's basketball team...Now run along troll....Shouldn't you be on a UK site having a circle jerk with all your brethern before the big game tonight?

I'm sorry losing once in 27 years has made you all so butthurt. Womens will never come close to attracting the attention and "tradition" mens sports do. It's not sexist, it's true. Ask 10000 random people in America and ask them if they follow mens or womens basketball, and 90%+ will say mens. Furthermore, It's a weaker sport compared to mens, far less competitive. Outside of UT, UCONN, Baylor (recently), Stanford, Notre Dame, and a few others...who is relevant in womens basketball? Womens is easier to win, albeit 8 titles is impressive for anything.

Congratulations in being good in an inferior competition. I'll enjoy the 1/27 and NCAA championship while you all have fun at home fantasizing about football and womens basketball.
