We are talking about unaccompanied minors, who more often were not kept in these facilities for anytime at all, as they were transferred, per policy, to Health and Human Services.

I'm not spinning anything, did you not read that I said it has been used for child trafficking for past 20 years, I don't think that would imply Obama was involved 20 years ago would it?
I am saying the entire children immigrant program has been abused for at least last twenty years. At least that is what we are aware of, probably been going on much longer.

Oh, I gotcha. I was basically going off the source of the article, and it's slant, as a whole.

Sure, no doubt it happens. But It's not primarily a cross-border issue, as it is an interstate issue. It's under our noses and always has been.
