Do you know how many documentaries are devoted to cults? Fascinating subject. These movements directly fill a hole/desire for the innate human need for comfort in the face of fear, uncertainty, and the knowledge of our own impending death. This leads some folk to seek out any drivel that may soothe our anxieties.--see most of the world's religions. This is Psyche 101. Your just anxious---and probably, at times, for good reason.---Too much news ---too much infotainment. Get off the dopamine hamster wheel.

My Daughter is far left liberal, graduated and got her Masters from the Liberal Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. We can't talk about politics, but she slips in some stuff whenever she can. She lives in Illinois and always saying how Republicans destroyed the state. I say, "but Hon they have not had Republican Governor in years." She says, "yea they are still trying to clean the mess the last Republican Gov left the state."
I just shake my head....lol

I have a Bernie/E. Warren socialist aunt & my sister-in-law is a 23 year old Bernie/Tik Tok lover. It’s crazy to see two generations of socialists. It’s actually dangerous that socialism and communism appear to be gaining ground in this country.

I know nothing about Illinois, but the last Republican governor was Bruce Rauner from 2015-2019.

They also had 3 Republican governors from 1977-2003.

The Chicago political machine is infamous, but not sure what relationship if any it has to the governor of Illinois.

Rauner was a piece of crap and very weak. The Repub governors that they have had leaned left or never would have been elected.
As far as "not sure what relationship if any it has to the governor of Illinois," look no further than the actions of Pritzker. Illinois politics is as close to the mafia as you can get.

Cecilia Fulbright, 30, from Waco, was booked into jail on August 12 on charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated assault.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by Waco Tribune-Herald, the bizarre incident began unfolding at around 9.20am when the driver of a catering truck called 911 to report that a small red car had chased her vehicle carrying her young daughter, but they had managed to get away unharmed.

About 20 minutes later, a second call came in, this one from a 19-year-old college student, saying that a red car matching the description of the vehicle from the first call was chasing her.

The caller said the driver of the red car, later identified as Fulbright, rammed her Dodge Caravan multiple times before she pulled into an H-E-B parking lot on 19th Street

'Ms. Fulbright pursued [the driver] through the parking lot striking her again and an uninvolved Dodge Durango before Ms. Fulbright crashed into a cement pylon at the gas pumps,' the affidavit stated.

Police officers who responded to the scene found Fulbright 'crying hysterically' in her car and yelling that the other driver 'was a pedophile and had kidnapped a girl for human trafficking.'

Fulbright reportedly confessed to ramming the Dodge Caravan because she believed she was saving a child from a pedophile she had been following, but her account 'did not match the timeline or any facts or evidence,' according to the affidavit.

Fulbright was described as seeming 'delusional' and drunk, and a breath test confirmed that her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit in Texas, the document stated. The 30-year-old reportedly confessed to consuming at least one beer.

Fulbright was released from McLennan County Jail on Thursday after posting $11,000 bond.

I am not a Q follower in that the only place I have ever read about it is here...but I find it quite interesting, as do lots of folks, as the basic premise of the entire thing is to share info, tell people to do their OWN research and form their OWN opinions...which is the exact opposite of the garbage MsM or any cult on Earth....all of which want to tell everyone EXACTLY what they should think rather than encouraging them to form their own opinions.

Much like Trumps tweets, the media see any source of news or info besides their slanted Dimwit nuttsucking drivel as a threat...so they take shots at it constantly. I would actually be pleased if every single mainstream television network went out of business. Like baseball, they do not exist in my life anyway. All the trolls in this thread who come to mock, majority are not religious right? Could you imagine if every single time you actually turned on the TV to network news somebody was pushing Jesus on you? How much you would hate that? You would never watch for any reason, right? That is exactly how conservatives feel about network TV. Its not even just news. It is programming and commercials too...so incredibly slanted left that we would rather watch paint dry than watch that BS. It is so over the top, its become a caricature of objective journalism and programming gone awry. Unwatchable. Thankfully there is netflix, prime, etc for when we actually watch TV.

Well, while you guys we're chasing down the ghosts and boogeymen hiding in the caves and deserts of the Middle East, and while you allowed "croney" capitalism (not real capitalism) to run wild in 2001 and 2008, education about enemies foreign and "domestic" and capitalism were ignored.

And it will not get any better. The right is more concerned about virtue signalling than they are about educating the next generation and actually promoting the Constitution.
