I'm not a Q-er, but if you'd followed Q, it would make sense.

Q has been saying for a long long time that part of his/her/its information campaign is misinformation. Personally, I find this a convenient "out", but it is an "out" that means that "Q was wrong about x" isn't a disproof of Q as a source of information.

Is it true that the president has declared a national emergency and invoked the Stafford Act? I haven’t heard anything about it and would be disturbed if this is something that could be done secretly.

The
language within the act gives him power to refuse any assistance to any state city or district that doesn't come up with a compliance plan for named emergencies. If he decided to evoke it on violent demonstrations and deemed a city unwilling to protect property, safety or the welfare of the people, it basically takes away the state's, city or districts power to prevent the federal gov from using troops to an end.
It is a powerful act that should have never been written.

The people of our country have been asleep for over half a century while Acts like these are written into law.

What percentage of the population have ever heard of the Stafford Act?

Much less than 1%. Likely much less than .1%

Just another glaring example of how far we’ve strayed from the original vision of the founders.

It’s so disheartening to realize how dumbed down we’ve all become.
