Kid has just as much shot as anyone else I guess..hopefully he does better than Jim Bob..good luck man..you do come from an Irish(catholic) team, luck is generally on your side
Its actually a protestant Christian school not a Catholic school.I think you are thinking of Knoxville Catholic

When I saw him, he has the look of a QB. He is tall and skinny. CAK likes to throw the ball a lot. I don't think the really throw it down field very often. They are a playoff team year in and year out...recently anyway. I think Alcoa has knocked them out each of the last couple of years.

Overall they are a good 2A team. Not sure of their new classification. I think he has good game management skills. I don't remember him making dumb mistakes.

I think he will be a good kid to have at UT...once again, congrats.

Covered their playoff game against Alcoa this year- Fromke had a couple of long completions that set up TD's and kept the game close for awhile.

He also had a couple of nice looking incompletions down field.

When I saw him though, D-1 QB potential didn't really jump out at me.

Never hurts to have depth - especially when you don't have to burn scholarships to get it. I wish the kid the best of luck. Remember that Chad Pennington was a skinny white kid too before he developed into an NFL QB so you never know.
