QB Position

The Qb's were bad but a big problem was the coaching staff not implementing a plan to take the load off of them. I know it was Kentucky and Vandy, but we soundly beat those two by hiding our qbs and running it 50 times per game, which is what should have happened all along. I highly doubt we'll have a passer that tops 2000 yards next year, but if we can have a strong running game (very possible) and play outstanding D (even more possible) the vols can win 8,9 maybe 10 games this year

I would expect the 2009 vols team to look very similar in style to what the Titans did this past season.

Agreed... Good coach, strong running game, mediocre receivers (hopefully not after NSD), and an alcoholic qb ( YouTube - Crompton 4 Heisman )...

If any of our QBs can play like ole Vodka Collins did this year for the titans, we'll have a respectable year

IMO i think our depth chart @ the QB position going into the UCLA game will look like this:

1. J. Crompton
2. B. Coleman
3. N. Stephens.

QB's will be the same.

On another note, I think Stephens needs to go back to his earlier look. lol:lol:lol:
