Runs a 4.8 . I mean he aint lighting but he aint slow either. He is more of a pocket passer, but if my knowledge is correct, has he been studying the tennessee playbook for the past 2 years?

Yes he has been studing the playbook for 2 years i read that as well or heard it somewhere!! If ainge cant beat out clausen guys there is no way he can beat out a top 3 qb in the nation!! Im just saying if he cant get it together than he has no chance!! By the way crompton already has showed great leadership by trying to recruit prospects before he even got to ut!!! think about that!

Man, I am freakin' jealous. All of you guys that get to see practice everyday and see how awesome Crompton is doing at practice everyday. I thought Fulmer had closed practices? You guys with all these opinions of how good Crompton is and how much he knows the offense have to tell me how you are getting into the CLOSED PRACTICES TO OBSERVE A PLAYER THAT IS INJURED AND NOT PRACTICING?

Depends on who you know.

I have seen him play in person

I would like to see Crompton, if he is good enough. But I don't care which one starts, as long as he is productive.

You've seen him play against SEC-caliber competition? Or ANY COLLEGE competition for that matter? Because I saw Ainge start at QB and beat Georgia, Alabama, and Florida last season. All these Crompton-ites are a$$ deep in the adage; the grass is always greener on the other side. Who cares what is on the other side, as long as its not what we have now. That is these peoples whole mantality.

Who has the best chance at the start. Many have said the Jim Bob Cooter is fast, heck i hope they let him play some this year im interested to see how good he is.

Is Jim Bob fast? hmm.And who is Crompton?I would pick Jim Bob, because I like his name, but I think I gonna have to go with Eric Ainge. He can throw the ball a mile away, plus he`s nice to look at too!

I see learning is difficult for you. Let me explain and this time, get out your fat pencil and your crepe paper, print large, take notes.

Not doing it?

Alright, lounge in the Lake Of Utter Stupidity, it's your life. :mf_surrender:

It doesn't matter who it is. Ainge and Crompton both will be jerked around like it has been for the past 2 years. All PF is doing is ruining them and trying to keep them from transfering. If another Clausen comes you know who will start. He must be wanting a clausen son in law.

Following this logic, Phil would want to be the Mommy Colquit's secret obsession - an obese lover.

Crompton's injury, the worst of its kind for the humeral-scapular region, would be career ending....if he was a pitcher.

Since QBs don't have to throw 100+ high velocity, multispin objects every four days, for 7 months, his chances of recovery is above average.

His rehab will be key and his surgery is no common day ACL either. If he misses spring, we're screwed. :ill_h4h: :yuck:

I read a story about Crompton that said he threw a game winning touchdown pass and started jogging off the field in celebration before the ball was even caught.

He was personally coached by Heath "Einstein" Shuler who also taught him how to make fences.

How could he not be ready? Crompton has a backup plan anyway. If he sux rotted tomatos, he can get into real estate and run for Congress.

You won't see Crompton. He is injured.

Did it make him invisible too?

I did not know that.
