We do in fact need someone to sit behind Hooker just in case. Can we trust that Tayven will be ready if something happens to Hooker? I wouldn't want to rely on a true freshman. Bet HypeLord pulls some QB booty from the portal.

Most transfer QBs are transferring because they aren’t starting. Can’t see us getting serious consideration from any unless Hooker leaves.

no reason that I've heard just they were not pursuing. There are not too many they have seriously looked at in Portal to this point.

you can graduate and still transfer as many times as you have eligibility left. There are restrictions but not related to having graduated.

at this point, the staff would not agree with that. numbers are still an issue they have to track closely.

I don't think we need one. Milton is a capable backup.... It would take an Act of God for Hooker to leave.... We go T Jackson coming in this class. I don't think we need any more QB's.

IMO we need 1 more.

Injuries, hurt feelings, and off the field issues happen. Only have 3 scholarship QBs on the roster is scary.

Once again, Castelli, the dual-threat QB from Utah would be a good schematic fit. If he's entitled a red-shirt this year he'd have 4 years of eligibility. Has good arm and wheels.
