Any of these "under the radar" guys could absolutely blow up with a great SR year.....I think a lot of us forget these kids have another year of high school ball to play.

Great read! Even the responses are awesome. I agree with VolDC and his outlook. People tend to forget that we had some pretty high expectations for last years team going into the season. If those kids on offense hadn't been playing confused all year, 5-7 could have easily been 9-3. When things were simplified & athleticism took over for the last 2 games, the result was 2 convincing wins over SEC teams that went on to win a bowl game. Even without a new stud quarterback, things will be better next season simply because this new staff seems smart enough to let players "play" as opposed to trying to prove how good their offensive system is.

Im just trying to piece it together from what I have read and heard. Needless to say, none of us know who he(Scroggins) will pick. Whether he chooses UT or SC, he will be a part of a great program. I just believe that if UT coaches knew for certain that Scroggins was going to SC, then we would have seen an offer extended to Rettig. Just like Jack said, alot of unknowns will appear during their senior seasons and may throw all of our guessing and strategy out of the window. I guess thats why I love following recruiting so much, you just never know whats gonna happen.

Great write up. I say we get Scroggins and ten wins.

This is a great point. These kids are 17 years old they still have plenty of time to mature as football players. A senior year is very important to a player because by this time they will have the confidence to play their best ball and some players will arrive out of nowhere
