I will only admit that I predicted he was full of crap prior to being elected, and now he has done nothing to prove that prediction to be false. Secondly, if we were so screwed when he took office, surely any change would have been for the better. Things dont seem better from where Im sitting.

Bush started off fairly well, Obama hasn't started off nearly as well, you drew the comparison, are you saying that as with Bush it can only go even further downhill from here?

I'm saying it's difficult to know how well a President will perform until he's been in office for several years. Unless your a republican, then apparently it only takes a month........

I do not know where this presidency will go. I do know the first major act of his presidency was a big disappointment, though not unexpected. If he does come through on his pledge to half the deficit it will be a good thing, though I admit I see no way it can happen.

He just hasn't given any thinking American citizen cause to believe.

Obama is an amateur compared to Ronald Wilson Reagan.
Listen to "A Time for Choosing" or his 1980 Inaugural address and you'll see what I mean.

Obama is great at reading a prepared speech on a teleprompter, without the comfort technology, he's no more gifted an orator than George W. Bush or Nancy Pelosi.

Of course he is because Reagen was a PROFESSIONAL actor
