Question about TBA

It is still tough if you aren't in Knoxville. Time and effort to drive and plan accordingly.

I would love to be in Nashville because it would make the drive much easier, and I might have been to more games. But, I grew up here, and my business is here.

Yeah I know what you mean, if I lived in Knoxville I would have season tickets. I try to catch at least 1 or 2 games a year though.

2003 and 2004 were pretty good seasons. 2004 was a surprise. 2005 and 2008 sucked. 2006 and 2007 were pretty good. Everything after 2007 has pretty much sucked.

Arguably 2004 could have been Fulmer's best coaching job. It was a surprise.

Those seasons you listed were good but not for the games I went to. We got killed by Georgia in 2003. We lost in a great game to UF in 2006. I did miss Georgia in 2007- we took it to them that year.

I will say this- the atmosphere against Florida this year was like old times. Game Day, night game, great fans, etc. It was like the games I went to in college. We need to get back to that.

Yes sir. Although one of her friends wants to go but is a UK fan, so idk how I feel about having a UK fan riding down 75 with me in the car for 3 hours and then sitting with me at the game lol.

Yea bad idea haha. Well if you want I can see if I can find us 4 tickets since I live here in the area. My girlfriend and I will probably go as well, so I'll see if I can find 4 if you want.

Yeah, the atmosphere was great until the end of the 3rd and it's like we just quit. Typical of a Dooley coached team though. So much damn talent and not enough rewards.

A lot of this current generation doesn't even know what UT football used to be. They're used to the losing. Hopefully, Jones can get it back.

Yep. I was spoiled. I am in the generation that knew nothing but winning...until 2005. Even my older brother, who really started at the end of Major's years, isn't used to this. Younger generation just thinks UT plays mediocre football. That is why this was a real important hire. I hope Jones can get it done.
