Question for Connecticut fans

The point was simply that I'd thought about it and then became curious enough to ask other people if they knew. No need for anyone to visit their shrink or anything. No deep, hidden meaning for the thread. Just curiosity on MY part. Figured a lot of CT fans would be dropping by here who would know. (Lots of them lurk here)
It is interesting because of the questions that came up at the FF before the game about Gender in WCBB coaching ranks. (They seem to come up most years.) And it is interesting because the answer is 3 times in the last 18 years before Friday with the last time being 11 years ago.

But it also isn't that surprising when you look at conferences specifically - Pac12 has belonged to Tara, ACC to Muffet and before to Sylvia, GG or JPM, SEC to Pat/Holly and now Dawn, Big12 to Kim, and recently the Big10 to Brenda. The Big10 is the only conference in the last two decades with a male coach at or near the top at OSUe and it hasn't typically been a strong conference.

And the BE had been Geno and either Muffet or CViv over that period as well.

UCONN fans shouldn't be allowed here

No problem with any of them as long as they are polite and remember they are visitors in the LV house. Some of the worst ones (overtly and covertly jerks) are least in sight right now.:):lol:

Miami is a good poster and visitor. So far he's always welcome, in my book at least.

Great question. I had never actually thought about that. I always assumed there were just so many more female coaches in WCBB but even still as many games as he has coached you would have thought he would have lost to more males at this point. But when you don't lose often I could see how it could work out the way it has.
