I know about Marlon Brown, but in the presser who do you guys think MK and EO were referring to visiting in Memphis on Monday AM?

He had a pretty crappy record at Ole Miss. Judging by Ole Miss' win today, he developed a lot of talent, but had a crappy record. And the saints did so so this year. But EVERYONE is THRILLED about getting this guy, probably because he is so good at making everyone think he's awesome.

So my point is, part of recruiting (O's job at UT) is making a lot of 17 and 18 year old guys think you're awesome, and everyone and everything he is associated with, is awesome. Seems to be working for us adults. Keep the hype meter going, and we will have done our job.

On a side-note, who wouldn't want to go out to BLue Cats/BAR/Cotton Eyed Joe with this guy?!!? A few coronas and a couple yaws later, you'd be back at the crowne plaza with god knows how many women!

He's one of the best DL coaches in the country, and he's been recruiter of the year twice I think.

He's about as good as it gets from a position coach.

Who hands those out, just curious.

But anyway, yeah my point basically when everyone is excited about your impending arrival, it makes your job (as a recruiter) easier I would think.

Is anyone worried about the fact that all CLK has done is brought in great recruiters? It's great to have talent but are these coaches going to be able to develop talent as well as bring talent in?

Bringing in great recruits could make a coach's job allot easier. Agreed? :question:
