Question regarding Hooker's footwork

I think he doesn't roll out very often because it limits his options throwing and running the ball. The offense is designed with the receivers split wide to force the D to defend the whole field. The defense has to defend less than ½ the field if he rolls out.
Milton needs to roll out and make them defend half the field while he passes to anywhere on the field on a rope.

I don't think I've ever seen a QB stand absolutely flat-footed in the pocket as Hooker does sometimes, especially as it's collapsing. No bouncing, no Peyton "happy feet," just standing frozen with heels dug into the ground. I wonder what the coaches think of this. I'd like to see him bail out of there occasionally and either roll right or left and then look for a receiver from outside the pocket ala Bryce Young. Just an observation and Coach Heupel would no doubt burst out laughing at my lack of knowledge.
You must be talking about Milton, just saying

Accuracy is harder (though not impossible) to achieve with a flat footed thrower. Waiting for a longer route or double move to develop takes time. Which can (not always) lead to standing flat footed. It all works together.

I've heard some discussion of this by the talking heads on tv. They say that most QBs, even from the shotgun, take a few more steps back after they receive the snap. However, Hooker doesn't. He doesn't move backward, and thus is "already in the pocket" and therefore does not have to step forward into the pocket. So, there is very little movement which allows for efficient reads of the field and also gives the illusion that he looks heavy-footed / statuesque. But what do I know? :)
