I tried to tell the team to get ready for SC, but they just wouldn't listen. I said that this is a team that played their tails off against Georgia and they beat that powerhouse Troy. Gosh durn it.
Actually, they were all listening to their walkmans or those pod things at the time, and that is another thing I plan to straighten out. No more wearing them pod things during practice. No more pizza parties, and furthermore, I plan on having the beer machines moved out of the dorms first thing Monday morning.

I still think that we could have turned it around in the third if I could have gotten Ainge into the game, but he was on his cell phone and wouldn't hang up. He was wanting to see if his girlfriend saw him on TV.

Gosh dog it Bob; if I knew the magic key to turn, I durn sure would. We can coach our tails off, but in the end we expect our young men to perform. Sometimes that dad-blasted football just don't bounce our way.

It happened! The unthinkable happened. Spurrier is back and beating us again. 12 year streak ended. Fulmer needed to forget Alabama and their problems and worry about TN football. Living in AL, that's all I hear is about how Fulmer is a squeeler. While I remind them that if they didn't cheat all the time, there would be nothing to squeel about, I think Fulmer has bigger problems at home.
