Does the MLB TV monthly subscription include the MLB Network? I thought that it did but from what I've read online it might only be available through your cable provider.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to watch the games this weekend since YouTube TV lost the MLB Network. I'd like to sign up for a month of MLB TV, if that works. The other options would be signing up for a month of Sling or Fubo TV.

There must be others facing the same situation. Any thoughts?

I have MLB Network.

But - sign up for the week trial of FUBO TV and make sure the trial package you pick is MLB Network. You should be able to watch it that way. Just make sure to cancel the subscription before the week trial ends.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. Might be the best option.

Same here ... this is what i was alluding to in the other thread .. mlb.tv appears to be different than mlb network which doesnt seem to have an app. My provider has mlb network but i only have one cable box and stream most everything on a different tv.

I'm pretty sure you can watch the MLB Network in the MLB TV app but you have to log in with your cable provider, I believe.

Sorry - I read it wrong. So, the game is not on MLB Network, but mlb.tv? In that case, I have no clue.
The games are on MLB Network.

I mentioned MLB TV because you can watch MLB Network on MLB TV but I believe you have to have a cable provider to log in with.

It's all a little confusing. lol.

I stream with youtubetv, and I think they ran a commercial just a few days ago that it was going to be available on it. I could have misunderstood, wouldn't be the first time.
Okay, I misunderstood, but I just did some research and this is what I found; in a search engine type in, how do I get MLB on youtube tv. (1) Click the get started button, (2) log in with your youtube tv credentials, (3) sign in or register with an MLB.com account to link to your youtube tv account, (4) use your MLB.com email address and password to access MLB.TV. Don't know if there is a fee associated with that or not, but at least now you have some info that may be of service for you. Hope it helps.

YoutubeTV just dropped MLB network, so I don't think it'll be on there unless they have suddenly reached a new agreement.

I updated that post just a few minutes ago. Might help, might not. I don't watch baseball much since the wife isn't a fan.

It’s always like this at the beginning of the season. Wait until games are only streaming on SEC Network Plus- then the confusion really hits.

I’m glad someone asked this question, because I’m in the same boat. I have YouTube TV because I chose to cut the cord recently….bad timing I guess lol.

I do have an MLB.TV account. And I have a family member with DirecTV. I guess if you can access MLB Network through the app, I might try logging in with the DirecTV credentials and see if that works.
