"someone better tell Tiny he is in trouble. Missouri wins by 28 to prove they are great."

Missouri may very well win and I do respect their defensive line but no way I see them winning by 28 points. I would be suprised if they beat us by more than 14. I am expecting us to be in the game in the 4th quarter with a possible chance for a win no matter who is playing quarterback for UT. Hope Randolph is healthy, that almost worries me more than Dobbs possibly getting his first start on the road. I still expect we might see Worley some though. Either way Dobbs is the type of guy that will prepare himself for whatever role the team needs him to fill.

Missouri is a bunch of posers. They won't be ranked after they lose 4 of their last 5 including a loss to the Big Orange on Saturday.

They are Mississippi State 2012, beneficiaries of their schedule. Living on borrowed time.

Their DE "Sam" plays RDE which would go against James not Tiny....

Correction he plays LDE from what I saw from the USC game my apologies.

They've got idiots just like we do.

Yes it seems they definitely do. I think Missouri loses at least two of their remaining games out of UT, Ole Miss, and Texas a&m. They might still win the east but I think we would have fared just as well with their schedule as they have if we had gotten to play UF and UGA after they were beat up (by us) lol.

One of the most harsh statements I've ever read on here.

I live in MO... have a son at Mizzou... and you are still right. USCe was the only good SEC team they have played that was anywhere close to being healthy. Shaw scorched them for over 200 yds in just a tad over a quarter.

UT has seen DL's from Oregon, UF, UGA, USCe, and Bama that were BETTER than Mizzou's.

I like Mizzou for obvious reasons but am a Vol fan first.... They are not up to SEC standards in talent yet. If they win it will be because of their system and coaching... not because any DL they have even remotely approaches Tiny's talent level.

I'm from MO. I watch their program with a good bit of interest and actually like them. I pull for them outside of playing UT.

They are a Boise St type of program trying to play through the SEC. They find and develop lower ranked players and have a good system. But at the end of the day the actual talent level is not very high.

It is reflected in their recruiting rankings. It is reflected in a near complete lack of quality depth. It is reflected when they meet "good" SEC teams that have not been decimated by injury.

IMHO, USCe will be sending UT thank you cards this time next week.

Their DL looked pretty good against both GA and USCe but not great. The running QB worries me the most. Brewer better dust off his spy hat for Saturday.

Hopefully the main thing coaches work on this week is having our team learn from last week and be better mentally prepared for playing another big game on the road. We have the talent, we just need to stay fired up and focused for four quarters. Their stadium is rather small, so the "rattle factor" should be at a minimum.

SJT18, I think you are spot on . MO. quality depth really bit them aganist SCAR. Vols have been getting stronger this year in the 4th outscoring our opponents. Hard work conditioning in summer paying off.

I still can't believe we lost to that team...

They've got idiots just like we do.

As one who dwells among them, I would say that Mizzou idiots - while they have the best intentions of idiocy - just don't have the traditions and experience to fully make an ass of themselves in the same way that a Vol or other long-time SECer is able.

Plus, they have more of a Midwestern personality. Lots of Germans settled in Missouri. They just don't have the genetic disposition for lunacy like we Scots-Irish do.

............. If you stand on the far right hand side of a table and then go to the other side and turn around, what hand side are you now at??

The answer would be the left hand side.

I suggest deleting the post cause that is kind of embarrassing

It's like my Father always tells me, you don't become an idiot overnight...it takes hard work and practice.

If Randolph and Moore are out - he may be right

IIRC, Randolph returned to the game after his injury. To me, that suggests it was not extremely serious since the game was already out of hand.

However if both of these guys are missing or even one of them then it changes the equation.

Someone better tell Maty he's in trouble. Someone better tell the third string QB to start warming up. Seeing the QB rates of injuries this year this could pose a problem for them. Depth is definitely an issue. If we come playing aggressive there could be some banged up bodies and losses will take a toll.
