I still think Yeley, if given one more year, will show he's a competent driver. Remember, Labonte didn't run worth a darn the last year in that 18 car. Yeley has that natural speed and is by far the most accomplished Open Wheel racer to come to Cup since Tony Stewart. He's not my favorite or anything but I think if Gibbs gives him another year and gets the right people with him he can really be a factor.
