Craigslist is fine in person, but like golfballs said problems do sometimes come up, especially when the buyer or seller asks for a different price then what they agreed to on the phone or via e-mail. I've had tons of craigslist ticket transactions and never had a problem buying fake tickets. However it does happen.
You can usually tell if seller's are legit by asking them to talk to you and then being as specific as possible. You can meet the seller and make the seller walk with you to the door to make it even more safe.
StubHub is good if you buy tics last second and use a Smartphone to show a valid ticket. Scalpers have to dump tickets sometimes, especially those banking on Duke making the round of 32 game. Should be a lot of cheap tickets available for this game.
The game time is TBD according to ESPN. Since it's an East Coast game and Mercer played early I'm assuming it will be one of the earliest games on Sunday if not the earliest (1pm).
